Return & Replacement Policy

We do not offer returns. However, replacements are available only in the following case:

If the product received is damaged or defective, customers must record a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
The video must be honest and uninterrupted, meaning it should show the unboxing process from the start, before opening the box and while opening it. Pause or edited videos will not be accepted.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and send the video via WhatsApp to 7275791696 to initiate a replacement request.
Requests made after 48 hours or without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.
